Committee Description
NCURA Region V’s Membership and Hospitality Committee advances a comprehensive, member-centered, sustainable group of volunteers. Led by the Committee Chair and overseen by the Region V Secretary, the Membership and Hospitality Committee is responsible for engaging NCURA Region V members via outreach and engagement initiatives, benefit promotion, and facilitating networking opportunities.
The committee structure includes areas that focus on member retention/growth, event planning, and member activity development.
The committee welcomes all Region V members of all career stages and backgrounds to serve. The committee advances the mission and vision of Region V and NCURA National.
Committee Goals
- Grow member engagement among regional and subregional peers
- Increase member awareness of NCURA national and regional benefits
- Promote NCURA membership and benefits to peers and colleagues
- Develop subregional relationships between members
