Committees
NCURA Region V committees are where collaboration turns into impact. Through the committees below, Region V ensures consistent governance/oversight, informed decision-making, and effective delivery of programs and resources to serve research administrators across Texas & Oklahoma.
Accessibility & Belonging Committee
The Accessibility & Belonging Committee (ABC) is dedicated to enhancing accessibility and fostering a culture of belonging within NCURA Region V. This committee comprises passionate volunteers committed to creating a more inclusive environment for all. ABCÂ is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives that support the diverse needs of our members. We welcome individuals from all career stages and backgrounds to join us in this important work.
Mustang Mentoring Program Committee
The Mustang Mentoring Program Committee is adapted from the NCURA Leadership Development Institute and is designed to develop the leadership skills of the MMP participant. The intention is to create a leadership pipeline of individuals to serve at the regional level while providing educational and professional development for the mentee. The overall approach to mentoring should result in increased volunteer involvement and participation from NCURA Region V members.
