Cancellation Policy: PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations must be received IN WRITING and prior to April 15, 2008 for refund purposes. There will be a $75 fee assessed for each reservation canceled. There will be NO REFUND of any fees for cancellations received after April 15. A written confirmation will be forwarded to you and must be received before cancellation is effective. Substitution policy: Registrants unable to attend may transfer their registrations, without a cancellation fee, to another individual with prior notice to the Treasurer. Registrations may not be shared between individuals. Transfer of registration must be made prior to April 20, 2008.
