Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail or regular) and received prior to April 30, 2005
A $35 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations.
Cancellations after April 30, 2006 are considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds.
Please notify W Scott Erwin at we10@txstate.edu or fax (512) 245-1822 of any cancellations. A written confirmation will be forwarded to you and must be received before cancellation is effective.

Substitutions:
Registrants unable to attend may transfer their registrations, without a cancellation fee, to another individual with prior notice to the Treasurer. However, registrations may not be shared between individuals. Tranfer of registration must be made prior to April 30, 2006.
